Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe front desk by the manager was very cool and distant, no welcome, nothing. Pre-booked room (2 single room) were too small, not to compare with a closet, rooms move (in a double room) was, after discussion with the manager then possible. This was also very dirty, mattress was extremely worn, old moldy tomato packet from the previous guests on the window-sill behind the curtains (in other words, there is probably the staff after check out not aired) and spider webs including spiders in all of the corners, carpet dusty, the bathroom (in the room integrated plastic) was extremely small and smelled unpleasant. We had the impression, that here has been cleaned in a long time. Heating was at night (at-2 degree) and started at 7:00 o'clock again in the morning. We stayed at the tracksuit plus sweater sleep (in a hotel!). Now I also understand the phrase in the 'welcome booklet' , that one could if necessary be positively rated. Impossible! Complaints with the boss. collided, freezing or attempts to resolve problems were not even close to understand. All in all the rooms spray the Charme of a youth hostel with worn-out furniture style 80iger use. For a ' three stars 'hotel really embarrassing. At least the breakfast was wide and had the ability to communicate in newly renovated and clean. The views from the hotel of the fortress and the stone lilies Königstein is great. But this little about the miserable comfort room.
