A perfect winter break for a family

  The hotel is in a great condition, recently renovated with care for detail. Plenty of natural wood, charming furniture in the main reception area and stylish deco details make it all different from what you could expect being in the Alpes. Guests are mostly German and Italian.

  The hotel is conveniently located within a 5-minutes' slow walk from the main road in Cavalese and easily accessible by car (as much as possible in small Italian towns, especially with steep narrow roads), with a parking facility just in front of the main entrance to the building. The view from the windows - just the Alpes... :-) and the roofs of other city buildings beneath. It takes about 10 minutes to walk through the city to get to the nearest ski station, Alpe Cermis. The shops, delis and restaurants are also easily accessible.

  The hotel is family-run, what can be seen and felt everywhere: you feel really as a guest here, not as a customer. Care for detail and atmosphere, well-being and satisfaction of the guests are of the highest quality. The staff at the reception desk was always very helpful, especially when it came to our checking-out extremely early. The waiters were charming and helpful, what is quite important when one travels with a child - one could really see they knew their job well :-)
  During our stay the room was cleaned every day.
  The hotel offers a mini-spa and a cozy living room on the lower level and an area designated for children, with toys and large chalkboards for their unlimited creativity next to the reception area and additional restrooms. Outside of the hotel, in the garden and opposite a wooden spacious terrace there is a "ski-cottage" where we could keep our ski boots and stuff warm and safe.
  The staff speaks German and English.

  The restaurant is on the ground floor. It is very bright thanks to large glazed walls overheading the garden and the area at the main entrance. Tables were perfectly organised as well as china and cutlery. What we valued a lot is the fact they use the local and bio products, which were always fresh and regional. Breakfast buffet is fresh and extended, with cheese from the nearby cheese-shop, some meat (salami!), fruits, musli, yoghurts, juices... selection of teas impressive, staff will offer also other kinds of coffee. The dinner was an exceptional experience - lovely salad bar, starter (soup or pasta), main dish (meat or fish or vege) and a dessert... the Chef was spoiling us every day :-) Moreover, at 4:30pm there is an hour-tea-time at the reception area, with hot beverages and cookies/pastry.

  The rooms are cozy and clean, the bathroom comfortable, bright and elegant. During our stay our room was cleaned every day. Interior design is modern and light, quite unusual for a typical Trentino style, what we particularly liked. The beds are comfortable.

  We would definitely recommend this exceptional hotel and are considering coming back next year :-)
