Park Hotel Schloß Rattey

The hotel is located right in nature and offers the right ambience for lovers of nature and those seeking some recreation. The next big city (Neubrandenburg) is about 30 minutes away by car. There you will find all options for spending money or sightseeing.
The surroundings of Rattey are characterised by the hilly landscape, the forests, the lakes and meadows, which invite for walking, hiking, etc. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be.

We celebrated our wedding at the castle and the hotel manager provided a perfect organisation. Our expectations have been implemented exactly and we could just enjoy our beautiful day. Staff were partly just nice and courteous, but some of them took some getting used to. But everyone's different.

Breakfast at the restaurant was very good. The selection of fruit and bread/rolls, cold cuts, cheese and sweet spreads was large.
The catering for our wedding and the wedding cake were, of course, done by the hotel itself and were fantastic. Absolutely reasonable price for what you get. And all guests were thrilled by the presentation and variety of the buffets.

The rooms are amazing. The historical style of the facilities is a common theme throughout the entire hotel (we had booked the entire hotel for a family celebration). All rooms are very clean and tidy and super comfortably furnished. The pictures on the internet clearly do not promise too much!

Rattey as a wedding location is highly recommended. For one thing you can have your wedding right at the castle and the hotel has some suprises and rites for the newlyweds.
The palace park offers breathtaking photo opportunities or just the possibility for a walk.
As Rattey is also a wine region, a wine tasting or a visit of the vineyards is of course an opportunity!
