A shame *

This is a skylights was not close, it rained in the room. The engineer fixed it temporarily, but it wasn't't close. The wellness area is poor for the recognition of this hotel Klas. It cannot be right, that it for a jacuzzi, sauna, etc. and also a spa cottage have to rent and a heated outdoor swimming pool is available. Furthermore, the room was exactly eight countries are simply too small for the size of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was (aside from the hangover the 1.1., the cost in addition) for such a hotel to was poor. We have several comparisons to other hotels in this excellent. The value for money is good not.

Aufgrund der vollen Auslastung des Hotels konnten wir Ihnen leider keinen Late Check-Out garantieren, die Zimmer müssen für anreisende Gäste pünktlich bezugsbereit sein.
Durch einen starken Sturm wurde das Dachfenster beschädigt, weshalb Wasser durch das Fenster dringen konnte. Wir entschuldigen uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten!
Unser Wellnessbereich wurde nach intensiven Gästebefragungen ausgerichtet und geplant, der Wunsch nach Privatsphäre stand an erster Stelle. Mit 52 Zimmern ist das Haus eher klein, 8 Liegen im Ruheraum sowie eine Ruhelounge im Wellnessbereich stehen zur Verfügung. Gäste die ein Spa-Cottage buchen, geniessen den Ruhebereich meist im Cottage.
Vielen Dank für Ihren Hinweis zum Frühstückbuffet. Für konstruktive Kritik haben wir immer ein offenes Ohr. Das Buffet ist mit etwa 40 Komponenten bestückt. Warme Speisen wie Eierspeisen werden à la carte angeboten und aus Qualitätsgründen frisch zubereitet, es fallen für den Gast keine zusätzlichen Kosten an. Wir werden unser Angebot erneut prüfen.
