The rooms are way too small, no air conditioning and accessible only after midnight, before you suffocated. The sheets were changed to 8 days, hand towel changing night four days, cleaning the rest, it is only a brief above mopped. Ants walking along the beds and the mattresses are not only worn, but have large bluflecke O, similar the pool is dangerous for children, the mosaic-parts coming out and the border. The food was good, however the plates and cutlery are dirty. To complaints one does not. It is only with the German tour operator on the phone, to move forward. All inclusive is not all inclusive, there are only full board, which means the drinks and food outside of the times does not exist (7-9.30, 12,30-14 and 18-21 hours). The bathroom is so small, that everything is wet showering, also not wiped off. Often missing toilet paper. The closet not being enough for the clothes of a person, although three in the room slept. The balcony is only a short thought to sit, too small for many people. There is no tv, no air conditioning, no telephone, no safe. There are only beds, two chairs and a cupboard, the fall apart. Activities or child care not offered. The massage is very good. The beach was dirty and the water disgusting dirty. I can only recommend outside of Sunny Beach to try and stay. The weren't in the usual major anbieterseiten. But the smaller Hotels and guesthouses are really better and the people in nessebar or in the countryside are very friendly. Overall was Sunny Beach a new ballermann and only for young trinkfeste people.
