The strength of the local declaration House, size of room, amenities and prices do not, with the internet, local guests directory match, very large discrepancies, which led to unpleasant surprises in the price especially for those guests. Price, achievement does not agree, the descriptions, do not, no informal Atmosphere, no winter. Gverz anggeben evenings as in, no draught beer, it is true nothing. False pretences is called something like that. The hosts, the house tried to bewirtschaftenund alone in my opinion is excessive to result.

Natürlich ist es jedem freigestellt Bewertungen abzugeben und seinen Eindruck von einer Unterkunft für andere Gäste darzulegen. Als Vermieter der kleinen Pension Christel liegt uns die Gastfreundschaft und das Wohlbefinden unserer Gäste besonders am Herzen, weshalb eine solche Bewertung uns sehr weh tut.

Wir finden es sehr schade, dass vor Ort keinerlei Beanstandungen gemacht werden, wir zur Hochsaison einer vorzeitigen Abreise aufgrund eines angeblichen Krankheitsfalles zu Hause zustimmen und sogar 50% des Zimmerpreises deshalb erlassen und anschließend eine solch unfaire Bewertung bekommen.

Was den Preisvorwurf angeht, so werden alle Preise überall richtig kommuniziert. Es ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar, dass einem Preis per Buchungsbestätigung zugestimmt wird und man sich anschließend darüber beschwert.

Hätten wir Fehler gemacht die annähernd den Anschuldigungen entsprechen würden, wären wir selbstverständlich bereit diese zuzugeben und künftig zu verbessern.
