Most disgusting things ever seen

nice beach, walking distance to Thong Sala
the room had not been cleaned before our arrival, the bathroom was EXTREMLY dirty

food was ok, traditional thai cuisine but also european food

no pool, the beach was cleaned every day

we booked the beachfront bungalow because of the nice pictures we saw on http://www.phanganvilla.com/. unfortunately, our room did not look like the pictures. it seems that there exist newer rooms from which the pictures were taken. out toilet had no flushing system, so you had to flush by manually filling a bucket with water and empty it to the toilet. we know that it is often like this in thailand, but additionally the toilet leaked, so that after flushing, the "contaminated" water bubbled through the tile joints in front of and behind the toilet. Because this, is was really really disgusting to use the toilet or even the bathroom at all (like mostly in thailand, the shower had no shower tray so that you had to stand on that floor where the toiled also leaked.
