Front desk staff partly rude and not helpful, food was very monotonous (three weeks a sort of cheese and two or three sorts always the same sausage for breakfast), dinner unimaginative and lukewarm ., no drawers in the room, everything was tiled, the tables.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Aufgrund der Bewertungen sind wir in der Lage die Qualität unserer Produkte zu verbessern, sowie den hinterlassenen Eindruck unseres Produktes kennen. Ebenso und was viel wichtiger ist, die angebotene Qualität und Höflichkeit unserer Dienstleistungen kennen.

Betreffend Ihres Kommentars, möchte ich Ihnen gerne mitteilen, dass wir über einen Menüzyklus von 10 Tagen verfügen, in dem sich logischerweise die Salate und einige Beilagen wiederholen, aber natürlich nicht die Hauptspeisen. Ebenso bieten wir Ihnen zusätzlich die “Life- Küche” an, was besonders in den letzten Jahren eine immer stärkter ausgebaute Serviceleistung darstellt. Dieser beschleunigte Ausbau der “Life- Küche” hat zu immer mehr Angeboten auserhalb des Fleischkonsums geführt.
Zur Zeit verfügen wir über folgende Produkte in der “Life- Küche”: Fleisch, Fisch, Gemüse, Pasta, Paellas, Crêpes und vieles mehr.

Beklagen Sie eine Menge, dass sie unter uns nicht zufrieden mit ihrem Aufenthalt gestellt worden sind, und allein hoffe ich, dass sie uns wieder die Gelegenheit geben, sie dazu zu bringen, Idee zu verändern. Ich wäre fähig gern, sie persönlich zu grüßen, wenn sie wieder Besuch einander beschließen.
