Holiday was very good; small drawbacks here and there *

Because the issues, are important for a holiday (restaurant, rooms, playground, beach (nearby), sport facilities, pool, (children) entertainment, etc.), were really great. We one or the other waiters, the plus side, it is not his dream. The staff at the reception was rather 'standard'. Helpfulness is something different. So we had asked, in accordance with the request of our online boarding pass print. Answer 'does not work!' -. It was also wrong of us a bottle of wine in the final (can) charged, but the handling of our objection/complaint was not okay. No word of apology or Sunday but with the reception one has to do anyway only on arrival and departure, therefore no reason not to go.
