After a call to the front desk they told me, that the problem was known, but first after the weekend will be fixed. In the case a four-star hotel I hope, that the problem was taken care of as soon as possible. On request, whether it is the garage fee (8,50 euros) could adopted, the Rezptionsdame said, that it can take a decision and not let me pay. Breakfast buffet was okay and the staff was friendly.
