Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThis hotel we will surely not any longer visit! Although it is a new, at first glance good looking hotel. But the suffix 'am Dom' is not correct-it is located in the theater, a quite a lot of hundred meters from the Duomo and without view there. Worse was, that we had a dirty room found. The bed was broken glass and small dead tierchen. On our complaint we got upset another room and a discount, but somehow we were not comfortable. But we were due to the Christmas market (the really nice!) to Erfurt-and other hotels were fully booked. When we left the next day, the parking garage was partly (pay) ankle-high water and no one from the staff did not feel like, out to our car there to enjoy at the front desk protested.
