reeting was terrible.
obody knows the activities at the hotel.
We could not learn the menu of A la Carte Restaurant so as to make reservation. When we drop by the Reception. Staff told us to go to the Rest. to learn the Menu.
Tried to order wine from Room Service, yet nobody knew the selections and/or prices.
