Pure disappointment! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A APure disappointment! Was in no way a five stars hotel! No animation, none of the five à la carte restaurants was open, coffee for breakfast from paper cups, buffet total poor and monotonous, barely any fruit, food, waiter total unmotivated, rooms dirty, cockroaches sheets alarms, mold in the bathroom, the hotel is in no way recommendable-a shame! Hotel very nice, only total run-down
