Most Disgusting thermal baths I have ever visited the *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AI have never had such a horrible thermal baths see, thank God we had a beautiful wellness area sources hotel! In the thermal baths the hygiene was very bad. The shower smelled all very urine. The floors were not well maintained and dirty. In the medium-sized pools were at the 70 people, you could directly see that the water was dirty. In the thermal baths it is located in a sardine can. In the rest rooms (unfortunately not) was apparently not ventilated corresponding it smelled of all kinds evaporate. Saunas was the theme of operation of one corner to the other pushed. We visited the thermal baths three days and only on the third day got two beach chairs, the were in a crowd. Of relaxation and healing thermal baths, therefore, no question

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie in der Heiltherme keine so guten Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Die Heiltherme Bad Waltersdorf wurde 2010 zur "Besten Therme Europas" gewählt und steht seit 25 Jahren ganzjährig und wetterunabhängig für Ruhe, Entspannung und Erholung. Alle Thermalwasserbecken werden ständig mit Frischwasser gespeist (1,9 Mio. Liter Wasser täglich). Unsere Hygieneauflagen sind sehr streng und werden mehrmals täglich kontrolliert.
Natürlich gibt es auch bei uns sehr stark frequentierte Zeiten, wo es zu Engpässen an Liegen kommen kann. Jedoch eine Studie des FH Johanneum hat ergeben, dass die Heiltherme Bad Waltersdorf das größte Platzangebot (4m² pro Gast) bietet.
Der gesamte Sanitär- und Duschbereich in der Therme wurde 2010 komplett erneuert. Gesamt wurden in den letzten 5 Jahren mehrere Millionen Euro in Qualitätserweiterungen investiert. Wir werden weiter in die Qualität investieren zum Wohle unserer Gäste.
