Never again Les Tourelles *

We were the 2 . stay in this resort., This time it was unfortunately a bit hit and miss. We had to move out, as the first. We offer bungalow in a bad condition was, verspakt and moldy was the bathroom. After we moved it was unfortunately not much better. It was full of ants, so after some time (1 week) the exterminator stopped had to come. Also of peace and relaxation was unfortunately no trace. Next to the bungalow there was the Mülltrennplatz, further the Coach parking and also sports court. The front desk personnel, but refused about it. Unfortunately we were three weeks - three weeks too long. For us it's confirmed that never again Les Tourelles! The food in the restaurant is also not very demanding, fresh vegetables there is absolutely no noisy restaurant manager, as it is too expensive. We were glad to come home.

Hotelier's comment

Nous avons offert à ce client un logement de categorie supérieure sans supplément de prix parce que nous ne pouvions le loger dans l'appartement souhaité. Ce logement lui convenait parfaitement puisqu'il y est resté 3 semaines. Il a régulièrement pris ces repas au restaurant de notre centre de vacances jusqu'au moment où nous avons accueilli un groupe. Ne supportant plus la présence des autres vacanciers, il ne revint plus au restaurant. Il a également menacé les participants de ce voyage organisé parce que leur bus faisait du bruit au départ des excursions. Une action en justice est en cours car nous ne pouvons tolérer de telles diffamations.
