In comparison to the past year worse *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe were for the second time in hotel bahia playa in tarajalejo hotel. In October 2009 we arrived after a week vacation welcome home. This time (after two weeks vacation August/September 2010 in) there were unfortunately too many things, some of which we very disturbed. In our view, is the quality vacation in bahia playa compared to the previous year, much worse.
Location
For those seeking peace is the location of the hotel nothing to complain about. Party are here in the wrong place.
The service was very disappointed this year, especially in the dining room. There were two waitresses (a spaniard and a pole), your work serious and always friendly and high professional were. The other three Polish waitresses made a rude impression (, as if they were forced to work) and everyone spoke broken spanish/English/and German, which of course did not work!
With the room cleaning we were not happy at all. Our cleaning lady cleaned only superficially (despite high tips) on. Once they forgot to give us clean towels, we had to make our own pillows.
An appeal to all guests: please put all valuable things in the safe. Our friends from the baggage, which in the room was, cash stolen. The safe cost about two euros per day. Safe...
Gastronomy
Scrambled eggs disgusting, meat and fish well-done, very dirty plates and glasses. The last point was a thorn in the side.
Sport & Entertainment
The hotel has two pools and a small pool. The quality of the water was sometimes left a lot to be desired. No wonder, when some guests, the freshly from the beach, in the pool feet or even (!) Washing shoes...
The original quiet pool is not more quiet. It is in the pool (which is prohibited), it is noisy and phone.
Room
Rooms are very nice equipped, disturbing but still two things:
(1) the bed is total uncomfortable
(2) the sink was so shallow, so that after each brush your teeth and wash your hands with water was splashed.
