The hotel is OK for one night. Just don't eat breakfast! The price and the quality was a joke. Wet sausage, cheese, which zusammenklebt, fish gross.
Even the complains encounter ignorance. The price of 14, -that rip-off! The unfriendly service. The hotel is owned by a to z about renewed with staff. The plates at the breakfast buffet with plastic covered-passed the appetite. The price of the hotel is not appropriate.

vielen Dank dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, das RAMADA Hotel Lampertheim zu bewerten. Auch wenn es, wie im vorliegenden Fall, für uns nicht positiv ist.
Es ist natürlich keinesfalls akzeptabel dass die Mitarbeiter nicht so freundlich waren wie Sie das von RAMADA gewohnt sind. Dafür entschuldigen wir uns in aller Form.
Wir werden die Frühstücksqualität und die Präsentation hiervon mit allen Verantwortlichen genauestens überprüfen und Veränderungen herbeiführen wo es auch immer möglich ist.
