Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AHotel was located directly on the beach highway. The check in was fast and friendly. Room was okay, the carpet was stained strewn. Otherwise was the cleanliness was okay. The breakfast was delicious and left nothing to be desired. All the staff were really attentive and friendly, except for the lady who served our welcome drink should: very grudgingly they served us our drink in the lobby. All in all, this was purchased by eBay hotel-stay for the price recommendable. To the shop we would recommend the nearby Wiesbaden. We didn't eat dinner in the hotel, as we were looking for in vain for menus of restaurants, you can see anywhere, what to eat. That is a big minus. We therefore recommend the pizzeria 'Firenze' and the Greeks in niedernhausen.

Liebe Angelika,zuerst einmal möchten wir uns bedanken, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, unser RAMADA Hotel Micador so detailliert bewertet zu haben. Dies begrüßen wir ausdrücklich, auch wenn es nicht immer zu unseren Gunsten ausfällt.
Ein verfleckter Teppich ist absolut nicht zu tolerieren und Sie können versichert sein, dass wir hier schnelle Abhilfe schaffen können und werden.
Auch für die nicht so freundliche Bedienung der Mitarbeiterin, möchten wir uns entschuldigen. Dies sind Dinge, die wir laufend bei internen Schulungen auf der Tagesordnung haben, denn wie Sie hier richtig erkannt haben, ist dies eines der wichtigsten Merkmale eines guten Hotels.
Die Anregung zur Verbesserung der "Vermarktung" unserer Restaurants, haben wir zum Anlass genommen, hier weitere Möglichkeiten in Betracht zu ziehen. Wir bedanken uns für Ihre Mithilfe dafür.
Wir freuen uns in jedem Fall, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt ansonsten genossen haben, und würden es sehr begrüßen, wenn Sie wieder dieses oder eines unserer anderen RAMADA Hotels berücksichtigen würden.
