Nice hotel with perfect breakfast! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe booked this hotel for an overnight stay on new year's Eve. We are with the German and then with the metro to get to the hotel. The underground station is just around the corner. (up to five people, this days groups ticket in the room for about 12 A,60 euros.) when we arrived we were welcomed in a friendly and fast check-in. The rooms were very nicely furnished and as far as everything was available. (mini-bar, safety deposit box, bürgel board, kettle, flat screen Tv, two phones, desk, chair, etc.) the double bed was only about 160 centimeter wide and but there was only one blanket (this was enough for two people). The bathroom was clean and very modern. (Body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, etc.) the door to the bathroom was frosted only one swing doors. (Could not complete closed will) it was no problem to us. However, if I just would have with a partner, I would like to the door to the bathroom (toilet) completely ☺ in the evening we walked from the hotel to the old town. It is a beautiful extensive walk on Rhine. The breakfast in the morning was total excellent! We are opposed to 9:15 o'clock for breakfast and a nice place to visit the windows. We got a fresh scrambled eggs prepared by the chef. (Ingredients, such as cheese, onions, Chives, peppers, fresh mushrooms, etc. to choose from) a warm cocoa was not a problem. It was really missing in nothing. Whether small brats, Champgnons, hash browns, tomatoes, eggs, fresh fried eggs, roasted bacon, beans, fresh omelets, fresh fruit with yogurt or Quark, bread rolls of all kinds, bread, cold cuts, Cream cheese, jam, water, various juices and much more ☺ I have never eaten so much in the morning ☺ after breakfast we have the fitness room considered. The devices made a good impression. (Treadmill, bike, etc.) check-out was friendly and efficient. We stayed with our suitcases back to the train station about 45 minutes run. We would recommend this hotel for the next visit to Birmingham again. We enjoyed it very much. We paid per person 43, -EURO inclusive breakfast in the double room over Neckermann.
