Good Hotel in best location *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe chose this hotel for its good location and the special prices during our stay. Guest parking is a major problem. Over the weekend there is free parking in the surrounding side streets to Monday morning. When we arrived they tried to charge, available at extra charge of 40 euro per night another room than we had originally booked instruction. Therefor it would get included breakfast. We had booked without breakfast (25 euros/people!). First after laborious negotiations, we got our booked category. The rooms were for a city-and business Hotel size was okay, the bathroom was very nice and spacious. At the entrance to the rooms were large stains on the carpet on, also the room of our friends. Made a upkeep. In the bathroom was missing two out of the three glass plates drop. The tape, with which they were fixed, stuck on the mirror. Also made a good impression. You pointed out to us, that the tv didn't work could possibly, but would be a problem: call was sufficient. To our delight it was Sunday the tv worked during the whole three days not. But we weren't there to watch tv after Vienna. However, should such a thing in a hotel of this class not happen. The problem seems to be not new.
It was very quiet in the hotel, we didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms or from the hallway, which we thought was nice. The mini bar was included in the price. Breakfast we didn't, since us 25 euro per person not considered appropriate. On the other hand, it is right across from a wonderful Art Nouveau-style cafe. The atmosphere is top no hotel.
