I think the hotel still recommendable, although small flaws the stay clouded: there are no smoking rooms. The mini bar was broken and didn't cool, the complaint to this end was very undedicated. To check out the lack was not fixed. Despite late check-out subject we were greeted in the room several times and asked after we left. Strange: on the homepage of the rainers is the proximity to the British busche Coregonus and diversity of oberlaa. Unfortunately, we could explain the lady at the front desk was, how to get there by public transport. Instead, it recommended a visit in grinzing...

Es freut uns, dass Ihnen der Aufenthalt bei uns so gut gefällt, dass Sie bereits zum zweiten Mal bei uns wohnen.
In der Tat funktionieren unsere Minibars zur Zeit nicht in allen Zimmern und die Behebung dieses Schadens dauert noch ein wenig an.
Es tut uns Leid, dass Sie trotz des Late Check-Outs öfter in Ihrem Zimmer gestört wurden. Wir haben bereits die betroffenen Abteilungen zusammen gerufen, um eine Verbesserung herbei zu führen. Auch wurde die Rezeption angewiesen, mehr Infomaterial bezüglich den Heurigen in Oberlaa, die in der Nähe unseres Hotels sind, bereitzuhalten.
Wir würden uns freuen, Sie bald wieder in unserem Haus begrüßen zu dürfen.
