For a city trip from four days to four star hotel Ramadan Plaza we hoped for more. The benefits offered during the four days should be provided had each individually at the front desk retrieved. Our booked services were 1xTagesticket tram the only on the second day after demand was distributed, welcome drinks and a surprise gift in the room many, 01 January 2012 there was the offer the Diamandland and to visit the cathedral, unfortunately both facilities were closed. The positive was the new year's Eve buffet. For a four star hotel unfortunately it was somewhat too little.
