Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AHotel is good view from any room i reckon there are three floors in the hotel. Room is also spacious

Distance is nothing it is just next to City Nuwara Eliya Nothing bad in that
I dont think u have shopping facilities
u have couple of tea factory in and around
Service this wat i here to comment on it is really pathetic and they are not good as the other hotel we visited. Hotel break fast was not good

Room size is good and nothing bad in that bathroom and other wash area was good.
Music in the room was suprise

Telephone access is restricted i guess there is no signal in the room best time to travel to Lanka will be march april june .. weather is awesome.. Best consider thing the hotel should have is customer service.. that was not there and missing to the core
