Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AOur room at the hotel St. Georg was not a to hotel. The condition of the carpet and the walls is not to make you feel at ease. The service at the front desk needs improvement. Good breakfast.

Hallo Mathias,vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Es tut mir leid, dass Sie mit Ihrem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden waren. Die Zimmer im Haus St Georg werden zurzeit nach und nach gestrichen und sie sind bald alle wieder in Ordnung. In einigen Zimmern wurde bereits gestrichen, bzw. tapeziert, aber wir sind leider noch nicht ganz fertig, wofür wir uns entschuldigen.
Was mit dem Teppich sein soll, kann ich leider nicht nachvollziehen, da mir hier keine Mängel bekannt sind und ich auch nicht weiß, in welchem Zimmer Sie waren. Vielleicht können Sie mir hierzu und zu dem, aus Ihrer Sicht verbesserungswürdigem, Service an der Rezeptionn eine E-Mail schreiben. Nur so können wir den Service verbessern und die Mängel beseitigen.
Ich würde mich sehr über ein detailliertes Feedback freuen und verbleibe
