Nice location, nice staff but not four stars *

The hotel has very friendly staff, but the condition of the hotel, the more like a three star hotel, not compensate for. In particular the room was extremely noisy (thin walls, thin doors-very annoying, since at the bar until a o'clock regularly firms audible the alcohol enjoyment indulge... Sleep? None), The bedding was stained, the breakfast the quantity was minimalist. All in all, in my opinion, a good three star hotel, but definitely not a four star premium.

Hallo Guido,wir danken Ihnen für Ihre Bewertung, auch wenn diese wenig schmeichelhaft für uns ist.
Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie mit Ihrem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden waren. Vielleicht mögen Sie uns mitteilen (feedback-stuttgart@relexa-hotel.de), was Sie beim Frühstück vermisst haben?
Für die fleckige Bettwäsche müssen wir uns vielmals entschuldigen. Die Bettwäsche kam frisch aus der Wäscherei und war natürlich gereinigt. Trotzdem hätten die Zimmermädchen die Flecken bemerken müssen und dafür entschuldigen wir uns vielmals.
Das die Zimmer hellhörig sind, hören wir eher selten. Das es in der Bar mal lauter werden kann, ist leider nicht zu vermeiden, aber wir können gut verstehen, dass Sie sich davon gestört fühlten.
