The Rennsteig, good basis for active vacation *

two kilometer to ruhla, four, five kilometer to etters winches, in the middle of a forest on Rennsteig. The 2000 in new forest built Hotel, shows no phenomena of wear. Each room has views of the forest, we had a Murphy bed in the room and it was still quite a lot of space, the bathroom a little bit full of nooks and crannies, but not cramped. There is a well-built playground and a lovely beer garden. Trips over the Rennsteig-Eisenach (visit from Wartburg/hiking through the dragon gorge...) or (miniature) ruhla worth it. The hotel offers routes to, gives leaders, helped with maps, for those evening worth a visit to the sauna. The restaurant offers Thuringian specialties at moderate prices, from the Rhön beer and the breakfast buffet was sufficient and delicious. We would recommend this hotel both for those active vacation, as well as for the situation of the time-relax in every respect to recommend. The young team was taking care of us every wish from our eyes. Much fun in ruhla Peter
