Residence Albatros
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel was very nice but the poolkeeper were crazy. He didn`t allow the children to play in the pool. Every time some child did something he did not like he blew in a whistlepipe and screamed at them. Some of the children even were afraid of him and din`t want to bath in the pool.
Because of this angry poolkeeper me and my family would never recommend this hotel to a family with children!
Location
Nice wiew over the harbour. Very clean place. Near the city and rather near the beach. caorle is a very beautiful village.
The girls at the lampo agency were very helpful and nice. The apartment was clean.

The room was a little bit to small, because when the bedsofa were turned into a bed there was no place for the kitchentable.

Dear Mrs Marie,First of all I would like to thank you for finding some time to review our Apartment in Residence Albatros, we really appreciate it because we find reviews – both positive and negative - a really important tool to improve our service.
I would like to reply your review saying that we are sorry because it often happens that guests complaint about the fact that in the swimming pool “people can only swim” like you do: I confirm that in the pool it is forbidden to play with the ball, to plunge into the pool, to use inflated mattresses. But you can find this rules in Residence Albatros and in every other village in Caorle and surroundings.
These are rules that need to be applied in all the villages, where lots of people with different needs stay, and the guests need to respect them in order to guarantee the most peaceful coexistence possible.
Talking about the housekeeper I am sorry if his behavior was felt like rude: he has been provided of a whistle pipe to notice people in the swimming pool if they don’t respect the rules, so I think that he was just doing his job.
However I would like to assure you that we are going to check the situation to make sure that the tool is not abused, and that our staff acts always politely, also in his role of supervisor. This is something that we always require, since the satisfaction of our guests is really important for us.
I am glad to hear that you liked our beautiful Caorle and that you are satisfied about the service that my colleagues in Caorle office reserved you.
