Never again Costa del Sol *

The room was not cleaned upon arrival, used tissues were under the bed. Not usable kitchen utensils and a five persons apartment not enough hot water (small containers). The concierge couple very rude. Not suitable as relaxation for holiday.

Sehr geehrter Harald,

im Bezug ihren Aufenthalt in unserem Feriendorf, tut es uns leid, dass Sie mit Ihrem Urlaub bei uns nicht zufrieden waren.

Bezueglich der Sauberkeit der Wohnung steht unser Personal immer gerne zu Verfügung falls sie nicht befriedigend ist. Alle Wohnungen werden kontrolliert und von unser Personal befertigt nun kann es passieren bei so viele Wechsel das etwas nicht in Ordnung ist. Man braucht nur das Buero sofort kontaktieren und über eventuelle Mängel informieren , es wird sofort gelöst.

Alle Badezimmern haben einen Boiler, der das Wasser wärmt. Wenn viele Personen sich in weniger Zeit duschen, kann es sein dass das warme Wasser endet, und man auf warmes Wasser warten muss (30 Minuten). Es ist normal.

Wir hoffen Sie wieder in der Zukunft in unsere Ferienanlagen empfangen zu dürfen, und verbleiben .
