Reval Parkhotel

For us, the location was almost perfect. They were in 5 min from the old town. We walked most of the time. Very attractive is the distance from the Stockmann. Although the hotel is in the center of Tallinn, the location is very quiet due to the fact that it is a large park. The connections both at the harbor (about 20 minutes), airport (approx. 10 Minutes by bus or taxi) as well as the train station (approx. 15 Minutes by tram) is very good. The bus station for regional and interstate is a tram stop about 50 yards away.

The staff speak good English and Russian. With German is a little harder. The wishes, as far as possible. The staff is available, but not intrusive. Stops are more in the background. An unpleasant stressed out- but we have experienced at the night shift, as there were call ahead to get the airport to ask about our missing bags. At this moment the customer was unfortunately not the King.

I can only rate breakfast. If you the Estonian cuisine bit is familiar, can be above the breakfast. The selection was enough.

The rooms were spacious and relatively well furnished. We were very impressed with the king size bed. My parents had casino class. Also the view of the old town. Snowy Tallinn from the 7th floor was very nice. However the decor was not to my taste. But we were in Tallinn to any place else but the hotel to sit and so the room was good to sleep and relax. Mini bar was available, but against payment. As around the corner was, we did mini bar.

Tallinn in winter is very nice. Fell in love with you in the city more, than in the summer. 3 Minutes away from the hotel, Club Liverpool with good beer and virtual bowling. It's worth it to visit. Old town in the night is lovely. Also recommendable are (good food at a good price in the heart of the old city) and St. Patrick's in the Forum. The first time in Tallinn, so you should choose one night and the TV tower. The restaurant is great and the view.
