great place to stay and with integrated casino *

The hotel is a 8 -luminescent blue glass of prefabricated building with 120 rooms and integrated casino, which is open 24 hours and from the lobby and the buffet restaurant was accessible. The a la carte restaurant is situated on the lower ground floor. Across the street is a very nice park, the city center in about 20 minutes' walk away. Beyond the adjacent main street also there, of course. It has a very pleasant atmosphere. I was coincidentally during one of international poker tournament with fully booked the hotel - there; such a quiet hotel I have rarely experienced.
Location
Tallinn is with its 400 000 inhabitants very well arranged. The walk to the old town is about 20 to 30 minutes to the next stores, it took about 10 minutes.
The staff is mostly English speaking. The employees were really not to expect in the Baltics - it is not tourist stronghold. The room service was very good, but perfectly quiet. working when we arrived the free in-room safe not; after a phone call to reception arrived within 5 mins max 2 technicians and fixed the mistake.
Gastronomy
At the lobby restaurant: very rich and tasty breakfast buffet with u. a.. various cheese, sausage, hams and pie, Heringsgerichten and especially fresh fruit salad. As well as the dinner buffet - different fish and meat dishes, various side dishes. The bar is open 24 hours a day, simply because of the casino. The a la carte restaurant in the basement I can't review.
Sport & Entertainment
The largest gambling Estonia with international tournaments and an appropriate "ambiente"- but quiet!!! Massage-treatment room, solarium at the hotel.
Room
I had a standard room on the lower floor and was very pleased with air conditioning, free safe, minibar, TV (RTL and DW). The room was not big, but comfortable and clean; the shower very spacious and clean.
Tips and recommendations
In this hotel as in most other Baltikumhotels can be paid only in local currency. Euros are not accepted, there is no exchange service as some Veranstalterbeschreibungen mentioned. credit cards are accepted. Overall: Only valid for the Baltics in local currency payment!!! Even with trendy restaurants such as you think you could pay in Euro, as the menu mandatory euro amounts but this is only for orientation for the foreign guest.
