The hotel was located directly on the beach of Stockholm-Mäßan, where I had to do business. That is why I chose this hotel. The first impression was good, but then we had a very rude check-in without further explanations. The room was clean, but during your stay not cleaned properly. The entire staff was rude, the front desk staff seemed very irritated all, if I had a question. Service in the restaurant and bar very slowly, but at least in the bar a bit more friendly. The quality of the excursion was good, service was very slow and tables were never really clean.
In Sweden seemed very popular as a weekend-Hotel, since good deals and very child friendly. Luggage always watch, and in-room safe use!
