The hotel is nevertheless times, what it says on the tin! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AI don't write reviews of the hotel, but in this case I should like to make an exception, because it was particularly good! We met with friends to hotel 's own event (lifestyle-Calendar' runway')and also a rented rooms in addition, since we came from outside. Already at the entrance of the hotel we were greeted personally by Mr Paulsen and welcome. It was so good, that my husband, the very many days in hotel business/must spend spend, and the same positive impression. We had to wait at the front desk for a moment, as Mr Paulsen was busy with other guests. In this short space of time-perhaps three to five minutes-came two employees at us, the obvious (uniforms) nothing to do with the front desk and asked, whether they could help us. Here attention is still largely written and also lived. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortably equipped. It was missing at nothing. As a special highlight is probably the atrium to mention, which was nicely light flow through and is thus a very special atmosphere. They also morning the breakfast buffet. In the evening we could then at the hotel 's own program to participate' trail ': wild of all kinds, several courses, prepared differently. What we expected, really blown away. Since my husband and I live nearby Hamburg and then also with friends exquisite food, we were allowed to experience in the meantime many restaurants. I would like to say, that the service should not hide Paulsen in Hamburg. It was a great selection of food, fresh and well prepared, something for the eye-Just pure enjoyment. In addition there was each course corresponding wines lovely. Here one understands what joy! The whole was then still accompanied by very attentive staff, which always cared for the well-being of the guest have-but without being intrusive (I think this is in Germany a very rare pairing). With such a beautiful evening the night was short, but in very good beds relaxing. We could then in the morning the breakfast buffet in the atrium. There was nothing to complain about. The food was fresh, varied and delicious. We were greeted with a smile by Mrs Paulsen, greeted the day could start. The motto of the house: 'for attention to guest' is not just hot air!
