It's horrendous

the worst hotel ever. and i have travelled a lot. never once have i come across some manager and staff so incompetent und utterly rude. i book a double room but got a twin room. i complaint straight away but it fell on deaf ears. they tried to argue with me about what a double room is. How dare they! The staff not only speaks bad German, but was rude too. i asked to speak to the manager who shouted at me for no reason at all. I was in the right, but all he wanted was his money and didn't care at all about any complaints. the manager himself. He saw no need in at least apologising for my inconvenience he had caused and even threatened me with legaI actions. still had to pay the full price. the area is very noisy and so is the hotel. awful!
