Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel has a nice and well-kept area. As it was sadly a bit nested built is, you need 1-2 days, until you know all the way. In some places you can see, however, that a renovation necessary (cleaner chips, tiles must be rectified). Staff and service (except in the bar areas) always accommodating. What was really annoying is the atmosphere in the dining room. This is noisy and without any atmosphere. You just had to eat on the terrace, but the totally chaotic constructed buffet not save. The show cooking is often very technical and linguistic skills and is a Miss five star hotel not appropriate. Special requests were not received from. The food is for a 2-week vacation boring, because it is almost always the same. What did not work: 8.20 dishes in the food area stocked and the food (5 star?) separated. In addition there were two restaurants (Spanish and Italian). There is the service and the quality of the food really great, but why seven days in a row the same food served? You should not too often eat there again? Summary of the standard of the food wasn't't a five star hotel. It could be improved however somewhat, if the management of the hotel wanted. The wellness area is an absolute must. Great atmosphere and high-quality treatments.
