Relaxing days in our Canary Islands-favorite hotel *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AIf you don't need to, to stay in the middle of las Americas, you have found the perfect: great price/performance ratio, for the third time our absolute favorite hotel in Tenerife!
My wife and I stayed with my sister, my brother-in-law and two nephews my (five and two and a half years old) on the way, and for all the Roca nivaria was the best choice. The children could have fun in the kids 'club and in the evening in the newly equipped play area of the restaurant, which concerns the dinner for the adults much more relaxing designed. Since the dining room in an adult (without children) and Zone A families zone (with children) is divided, but also the people without children to dinner. As the proportion of families, compared to our last visit two years ago has significantly increased, certainly a good measure of the Directorate.
on the situation at the most, for us it is a big plus of the hotel: it is far away from the hustle and bustle of las Americas and has its peace. Clearly, you can stroll in the evening was not comfortable to the nearest bar. There you already need a rental car, but Anyway we make every time, in order to be able to explore a bit the island. Furthermore, we don't know of any other Hotel, so spectacularly perched above the sea and from almost every room has an ocean view. Furthermore, from most as disadvantage felt location-in addition, that the hotel is significantly cheaper than a comparable five stars hotel.
The pool area is wonderful and the two pools great for swimming. One is heated and therefore February wohlig warmly, like us but the other even better, because it is almost always alone! The cleanliness of the area and the room was exemplary. In the rooms one noticed, that the hotel is only five years old: these are spacious and equipped very Geschmackssicher (only the chairs are not quite our cup of tea-a bit dark). The balconys are large and either facing the beautiful area or to the sea-nothing with rooms facing landside!
The entertainment was thankfully not pushy, you can always escape, if you want. Also one of the very few hotels on the Canary Islands, we know, with which one by the pool not exposed to some music acoustic irradiation. Also therefor we are always very thankful.
The staff are all very friendly, spoke perfect German and/or English.
The food is plentiful, appetizing prepared everything, and it also tasted good. So everything would be perfect, we would have freshly brewed coffee (instead of the Nescafe machines, but the majority of the guests preferred, the manager of the hotel) and freshly squeezed juices for breakfast. The breakfast terrace is wonderful and another big plus for the hotel. There are no 'Schichtzeiten' for the food that we had last year in a (even four and a half star) Hotel in Gran Canaria and were slightly appalled!
Conclusion: our third stay and this time really hit the mark. We'll be back!
