Top location, but shortcomings *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AIt is a visually stunning hotel with a certain amount of character, the gebhards in Göttingen. The tastefully decorated and especially the very nice Flower decoration earned extra compliments, as well as the without exception very friendly and helpful staff. All in all, good breakfast, including champagne and freshly squeezed orange juice with, if you from the little present service, the guest is often very long left to their own devices or even move toward kitchen, if he wants to order a coffee. My room was a huge disappointment: that it was not too large and had a view of the parking lot, I would still uncomplainingly accepted. That, however, the shower head at the shower you had to hold it in your hand, because there was no holder for the shower head was for those, however, was unacceptable, as the totally dirty curtains. Also added the much too bright, not adjustable lighting and the incredibly noisy fan in the bathroom-the toilet is in Kreiskrankenhaus before. The single bed was much too small and too soft, and a reasonable desk was not. Very disappointing and not the level, which can be seen from (other) romantic Hotels and given the high price levels should expect. Hard also the level of: ten, 60 euro for a white wine and mineral water move above its, which I think is appropriate. Conclusion: a shame, really shame. A nice place, good service. But I felt in my room and I would recommend this hotel and in relation to the price/performance ratio not.
