Nice Hotel, impudent staff *

I can recommend this hotel nevertheless not, and this is due to the friendliness of the lady at the front desk. I had booked a double room for me alone. On the bill were expelled the cost for the breakfast for two people. Admitted: I noticed this error also only in hindsight, since the total price was okay. So it is just a question, what it is and what a breakfast cost is shown (sounds maybe petty, has to do with, which shall be reimbursed by the employer).
The complaints conducted (first morning call, then in the afternoon by mail) remained unanswered. Achat told me at the front desk clerk with, I should mention that at check-in, that I had a double room for me alone would have booked (it was clearly stated in the reservation over hrs out). The error I would therefore take the responsibility on its own, the cancellation of faulty and the creation of a new, correct invoice is no longer possible. And all this in a very outrageous, stroppy.
Conclusion: nice this hotel is, these infamies I won't and will stay here again on my next Leipzig-stay definitely book another hotel.
