The best hotel on the Canary Islands *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AVery large hotel area, the nights in the rooms were so quiet that one could think one was alone in the hotel. The room cleaning staff had the southern mentality. We had all inclusive! The tourists were 80 %
German. Some Austrian, French, Spanish.
Very pleasant tourist atmosphere
Location
Located directly at the beach, and it was important, that the beach chairs at the hotel were no extra charge, otherwise on the beach, everything public beach rental! Shopping and entertainment possibilities were pretty poor! Since the island
was not very large, also the excursion possibilities
accordingly!
Super friendly staff!! Except for the cleaning staff was very good and good German language skills. Room cleaning good.
Had to stay two days longer because of the volcanic eruption,
the hotel director to the cleaning lady staff super great.
Our tour operator FTI was the only operator who paid
additional days without long discussions, just the best.
Gastronomy
Have stayed on all the Canary Islands, the food in this hotel in a nutshell just BEST!!!!
Sport & Entertainment
A few soft activities during the day at the pool. Every evening entertainment. Kids club and
kids disco for the kids. Pool area was very well-kept, partly heated pools, great for kids, was prerequisite for our booking as we had a 4 year old child.
Room
Double room large enough. Pleasant large balcony. We had a partial view of the ocean. But there were also many rooms without ocean view. Room always clean!
But the best thing in the room we heard no neighbor noise, was probably because of the construction type of the hotel, just the best.
