SENTIDO Cala Vinas Hotel

location is different from the description in the catalogue....only a small bayou to swimm..else only cliffs...well not with beach walks...the next locality is Magaluf, but that is a pure English village...

Personnel, except for 1-2 exceptions totally unfirendly....we have never experienced something like that....no please and thanks, no smiles...no interests on the guests, every question is too much, by the arrival you get only the key in the hand etc.

one restaurant, 2 bars in such a hotel, but where there is always one of that....everything self-service...never you are provided with drinks during the meal time....you must get the drinks out of the restaurants and then take with you to the meal time....else everything in plastic glassess, food is mostly cold, respectively low warm....the food is totally designed for English....not land typical, only fatty french fries, bacon, beans etc. hygiene in restaurant was also not that good, what runs away or trapped, just keeps lying. at the pool and in the so called snack bar (where there are also only cold English food) the wastage stays so long till the the bars are closed....tables are not washed up etc.

fitness??? fitnessroom available...a walking track, a stepper and a home trainer which is unfortunately not functioning, indoor swimming pool available, but closed, other sport activities (tennis, table tennis) possible but only after long discussion with the personnel - simply only annoying...

room ok, cleaniness so lala...dirty glasses stay already for 2 days...the double bed were two collected lying chairs....which constantly slide off each other...well not with cuddle....

price / performance ration not right at all...the hotel has not deserved any 4 stars...it gets from us 2!!
