First class holiday at Sentido Crystal Bay Resort
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AStrong management reflected in quality of service & staff, reception staff very helpful,restaurent ,food good & plenty of chioce with good service from Adel ,and many others,waiter service in the lobby bar excellent we never had to wait for drinks,Wael & Mamood took care of that and the drinks were very good. A big thank you to Sayed in the cocktail bar who made the best cocktails ever. The cleaners & gardeners round the pool seemed to be working all day every day and it all looks lovely.The only problem we had was the cleaner of our room 214 never seemed to clean the balcony of our lovely room and his attention to detail could be improved, but after speaking with guest relations it was soon dealt with, Susan & Yulia guest relations was always there for any info we needed. We had a wonderful holiday and are looking to book at Sentido Djerba beach hotel in May. I would say this hotel is more suited to adults than families, book it you will enjoy it.
