Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AFirst time to this hotel and Egypt, was not dissappionted. Welcome greeting made me feel relaxed from the start, as on arrival was shown to spacious reception area, with luxiurious furniture, served Egyptian iced tea and offered cooled face cloths to freshen up after traveling. As a single traveller I did not feel uncomfortable, as all Sentido team always smiling and friendly. Amira a team member of breakfast restaurant team, always insisted to carry my plate to outside table which was lovely touch of tgoing the extra mile. Restaurant food was always fresh and plenty of choice for all palates. Both Alaa from Sports bar and Bar Manager Mohamed Sherif also went the extra mile by trying to help me with my prouniciation of Arabic language and engaged me with conversations with other guests. I have read in other reviews that JD was unavailable and Bar Manager Mohamed Sherif was agressive, neither I, or the family that I had made friends with witnessed any of this. There was one time that we were served JB instead of JD, but I think it was a case of being misheared. Mohamed Sherif actually spotted something was not right, before we could bring this to attention of his team. He came over to our table and asked if everything was alright and when we explained the mix up, he got our drinks changed straight away. Bar team were always very guest aware and came around regularly to ask if we needed another drink. In the last part of my stay, Sentido CB were enhancing their gardens which will add to the whole experience. I will defiently consider returning.
