Totally great hotel, anytime again *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe area was really very very big. If you have a room with view of the pool area, like we did, you get the feeling, you are in your own little world. Everything was very beautiful and the staff constantly made sure everything was well-kept. The cleanliness was totally okay. The cleaning ladies tried very hard to make sure everything was alright. At breakfast the selection was always huge, and it was really delicious. You could get the drinks out of machines yourself, but they still tasted good. It was also suitable for handicapped people.
Location
The hotel location was actually also super. A bus stop was only a few minutes walk away. There were shopping possibilities also. And to the beach it was at the most 5-10min.!
The staff were very very friendly and helpful if you had questions. Nearly all the staff spoke German understandably and also a lot of other languages.

The restaurant of the hotel was really huge. And really beautifully. At the entrance one was welcomed friendly and served drinks after short time (only at lunch and dinner). The used cutlery was cleared away quickly and empty food quickly and always re-filled on time. Cleanliness was perfect in the restaurant! And the buffet always had a big choice and tasted great!
Sport & Entertainment
The activity team was very very friendly and also they could speak many languages. The entertainment in the evening and during the day was really very entertaining. On Valentines Day for example the activity staff dressed up as angels and Amor and walked through the area entertaining couples. Also the evening programs were simply just great. The pool was very very beautifully and perfectly cleaned each day. Loads of fun!
Room
What the size of our room was concerned, it was actually perfect for us. It was also in very good condition. We really liked that you could only open the save with the same card you needed to enter the room. The equipment of the room was great, there was nothing to complain about.
