Hotel Saint-Petersburg

The hotel building was built in soviet times and seems, at least the room and the floor where i stayed didn`t have any renovation since that times. I am quite aware that my room was economy budget room and there are other types of accommodation including those facing the river with a great view over the city. Hotel is situated right on Neva river embankment and all the great city is in front of him. The small nuisance is that the main attractions are on the other side of the river and that you have to walk some distance to the nearest metro station. Delicious full buffet breakfast was the most remarkable thing during my stay. Highly recommended for its variety and quality. I would rather say that all my stay was worth of the breakfast, as I booked discounted rate right on the hotel web-site. However it was December , low season and I suppose that such kind of price is unavailable during summer months.
