Perfectly organized from A to Z *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AIn a raffle, with whom I May 2011 in the hotel sapphire participated, I had pulled the jackpot. The profit a week all-inclusive vacation in Hotel Saphir resort & Spa for two persons-Wow, I could hardly believe it! At the airport in Antalya it started with the surprises at: with a huge bouquet we were greeted by our hotel chauffeur. The next surprise was not long in coming... In the lobby a large front desk was only prepared for us-the manager of the hotel Mr metric ton to the chef and of course Mrs A., the looking after guests and everything to the smallest detail perfectly organized, we were personally greeted. Champagne and appetizers, and included. The next day we got our breakfast and then in the balcony with a great view during bad weather served. Better the vacation could probably cannot start... But not only that: also a turndown program in the restaurant was included for us. Mrs A. but it was otherwise always reachable for us and we read every single wish of the guests. The vacation-in a flash past week was so comfort and as a reminder of the great vacation we presented Mr Torun a photo album. Of course we will also make no profit again at any time in the hotel sapphire vacation.
