Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AMedium-sized hotel, about 50 rooms. The cleanliness was good. The hotel was built in the 1930s. Of the structure since the also nothing has changed. Rooms are all without air conditioning, the Soviet style settlement furnished - especially from the wallpaper. Room size is ok, but the rooms, I guess they have charm. We were in July as, day and night were always 27 degrees in the rooms. Breakfast was included. Buffet was well arranged and very well organized - sometimes is less with great better than mass. The guest structure was international, many families with small children.
Location
Location is great good in Tallinn. In 5 minutes you are in the heart of downtown with all the cultural highlights. Also to the shopping centers in the "new town" is only a 5 minute drive. Everything is within walking distance. Excursion possibilities as Rocce del Mare also in 15 minutes by car.
Staff friendly offish - not meant negatively. There is no Masked trainiertes smile. You are always there helps a little. We can unfortunately no estonian, but with the staff well communicate in English. Room cleaning perfect. We had no complaints. Everything from the service was good.

No air conditioning. The rooms were very stuffy. Last renovated is also a few days ago. Size and facilities ok, but no Weststandard. Hotel was located directly by a busy main road, soundproof windows are available, noise in the room is yet to hear. You can not sleep with an open window. Everything else is in the room, but no balcony and no safe. Cleanness was good, but really Soviet style from the 90 years. Hotel was in the 90 years ago he the first address in Tallinn. All major politicians of the east and the Rolling Stones were already guests.
Tips and recommendations
No parking with the hotel. Next secure parking garage about a 10 minute walk away. 24 Hours parking cost 15 EUR. For a city trip I would take the hotel again. Price-performance ratio for a family on the two double rooms were booked, it was really, really good.
