Comfortable hotel in a quiet location *

Lovely hotel right on the pillnitz castle and park; only a few meters to the Elbe and a few kilometer in Dresden's city center; huge rooms and very large, brand new bathrooms; rich, tasty breakfast; the warm kitchen (at least at noon) falls short of the expectations; with one exception (older waiter) very friendly staff; Pausenverpflegung to and from the hotel is very delicious and not 08/15; large drawback: the hotel does not allow dogs, given the location is completely incomprehensible; parking situation was a bit confusing, but there are enough parking spaces available; very nice, quiet room with a nice terrace for the delay
