Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe stayed here for the second time in this hotel. Location and the facilities are still very good, but in many areas discovered after a year of noticeable. The variation of the food has been reduced, the theme buffets, in the last year and were varied lovingly designed, were in two courts in addition. The meat and the fish were partly. 'rapid' prepared, with lots of oil and little expertise. Complaints at the front desk were accepted, but also after multiple point has not been implemented (repairs). Table reservations for larger groups were not carried out, barrier-free food in a travelling together group was only possible under great pressure. A adding a larger travel's group with other than those of families led to an immense burden of travellers and of the staff. The question is, which company continues to be pursued. In the last year we booked immediately after the Rückkunft for the next holiday, this year we are skeptical and wait.

Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, Sie ein zweites Mal als Gast bei uns willkommen heißen zu dürfen, bedauern jedoch zu lesen, dass der diesjährige Urlaub nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprach.
Wie Sie bereits richtig bemerkt haben, hat sich der Speiseplan im Hinblick auf das letzte Jahr geändert, jedoch hat sich die Qualität der Speisen stetig verbessert. Wir legen sehr großen Wert auf frische Produkte und adaptieren unsere Büffets immer wieder an die Wünsche unserer Gäste.
Bezüglich der Tischreservierungen, muss es ein Missverständnis gegeben haben. Je nach Verfügbarkeit, ist es möglich für größere Gruppen oder Familien ab 5 Personen einen Tisch zu reservieren. Auch hierbei, achten wir selbstverständlich immer auf die besonderen Bedürfnisse unserer Gäste.
