Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe offer of sport by Mr J. Thomas cook was outstanding and our back disorders as well as fixed (Pilates). The hotel is very much directed toward children. The pool was not heated 18 degrees first week.

Es ist uns eine Freude zu hören, dass Sie sich für unser Seaside Los Jameos Playa**** entschieden haben.
Wir freuen uns besonders, dass der Thomas Cook Relax Club sich positiv auf Ihre Rückenbeschwerden ausgewirkt hat. Gerne leiten wir dies an die entsprechenden Mitarbeiter weiter.
Darüberhinaus möchten wir uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten, die durch den nicht klimatisierten Pool entstanden sein können, entschuldigen. Üblicherweise ist unser Pool auf bis zu 27 ºC beheizt, jedoch hatten wir Anfang Dezember ein Problem mit der Beheizungspumpe, welches innerhalb einer Wochen behoben werden konnte.
Gerne würden wir Sie auch in diesem Jahr im Seaside Los Jameos Playa**** willkommen heißen und verbleiben
