Good hotel, very touristic and built *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe stayed over Christmas with our two children in this hotel. Accommodation, food and the pool (heated) everything was okay. The devaluation lead the obstructed area, you are right on the street. Also on the way to the beach you have to walk on the busy street. Many ways you can only go with the (many stairs) difficult. This also applies to the hotel. The entertainment for the children was rather mediocre unlovingly, at this time of the year ' is' Gran Canaria the immediate vicinity.

Schön, dass wir Sie und Ihre Familie über die Weihnachtszeit als unsere Gäste willkommen heißen durften.
Mit Bedauern lesen wir, dass die Umgebung von Playa del Inglés nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprach. Jedoch freuen wir uns, dass Sie sich in unserem Hotel wohlgefühlt haben und besonders unsere Gastronomie genießen konnten.
In der Zeit vom 22.12. 2011 bis zum 08.01.2012 haben wir extra einen Kinderanimateur beschäftigt. Dieser hat an allen Tagen gearbeitet und dadurch, dass er 4 Sprachen gesprochen hat, war er sehr beliebt bei den Kinder. Er hat unter anderem mit den Kindern Kuchen gebacken, T-Shirts bemalt, Schatzsuchen veranstaltet und jeden Abend eine Mini-Disco organisiert. Tut mir leid, dass es nicht so war, wie Sie sich eine Kinderanimation vorgestellt haben.
