By 'internal' error of the hotel was bungled, room the brewery was... Just horrible! No peace or recovery in sight and the Easter! Even after talking with no option to change the room front desk! * bad service * no transfer to another hotel (the residence include) possible with the approximate words, we were fobbed: 'we should be glad, get a room to have' the words: 'What do the people say' the 'the room didn't get (where we live in it)!?'
Hello? Is not my problem! I have never seen anything like it!
The room was quiet with a travel agent about Brauhaus rooms/facilities for expensive money. And then the received...
Not even receive compensation, no firm, not the question at the end of the vacation 'were you satisfied?' nothing!
Conclusion: not once again!
